As of May 1st, 2007, there will be a 3% charge for the cancellation of any orders.  This is not a charge that we came up with to make money.  It is to cover the fess of processing your credit card.  Please if you have any questions about you order, email us prior to ordering.

Shipping Shipping is calculated by our Real Time UPS Calculator. Shipping is based on the items ship weight and destination zip code. It only cost you what it cost us. Right now, we are only able to ship to the United States from the website, but we do ship worldwide.  Any international orders need to be called in.  Please note that our website lets you pick any form of UPS shipping. If you choose A priority service such as UPS Next Day, and the item is out of stock, it will be shipped next day when the item is back in stock. If you need something rush, please call first to make sure we can get it out accordingly.  Next Day Air orders may not ship until the following day unless you call, depending on how may orders are going out, and what time your order comes in.  Our UPS picks up as early as 2pm est so Please call.  We cannot credit you for shipping charges.  Some items that have a flat shipping fee can only be shipped priority freight on phone orders.  FREE shipping is for UPS Ground ONLY  

Damaged/Missing Shipments     All damaged/ missing shipments need to be reported immediately.  Parts need to be checked in by you immediately and reported to us and UPS within 72 hours.  We will not resend parts that are damaged are lost by UPS unless another order is placed.  We will credit you when UPS settles the claim.  Keep in mind, If insurance is not purchased, UPS will only cover your shipment for $100 max,  No matter what the value. 

Returns Policy   We understand the need to return parts sometimes. You have 90 days to return the parts that you do not want/need anymore. There will always be a 3% cancellation fee.  After 90 days, a restocking fee may be required. Please call or email us to receive an RGA number and return instructions.  You will need to enclose an RGA form that we can either fax, or email you.  The RGA number needs to be clearly written on the box.  We will credit you when the return is processed.  We do not refund shipping cost.  There are no returns on Custom order, or non-stock items. This includes items that may have been drop shipped. We will not return parts without a copy of your receipt, no exceptions!
